This morning I didn't want to get up, but I did get 8 hours of sleep last night so that was good. My legs still felt tired and it's probably because of the double run days and the bike rides to work and every where. I need to really watch my weight and start to up my calories to increase the energy level. This morning I weight 137 and that's lowest I've been in 20 years. Although I would like to keep my weight here to see if it makes a difference performance wise. I sure have lost a lot of muscle compared to when I used to weight lift three years ago to what I look like now. Oh well your going to have trade-offs from running all the time. It was 49 degrees this morning which was perfect and I ran 10:32 at an overall 7:06 pace in 1:13 on a very uneventful run. I ran most of the run down Highway 31 and Quinn Rd. This is probably the only run, because I have a busy schedule at lunch and tonight. I rode my bike 1.4 miles to work, but don't worry I won't count the mileage. (Saucony Grid Triigon 4 - 589 Miles)
