Ran 7.15 miles at an overall 51:18 minutes for an 7:10 overall pace. Ran in my Asics SpeedStar #1. These are getting close to 400 miles I believe (have my shoe tracker on my macbook pro at home) so might need to think about retiring these. I was kind of achy the first mile and little sore around the hip. But I warmed up and ran some faster miles. Although I really need to have some days where the pace is slower and not always pressing even though I don't feel like I'm. Split: 8:03, 7:37, 6:56, 6:59, 7:03, 6:49,6:46 (last few I really wasn't accelerating I think my stride was just getting more comfortable since I started out sore).
