Not as much sleep last night. I was at a clients house troubleshooting their network and print server problems. Got it fixed and it took 3 hours, and it will be nice to get paid for that since it was an emergency. I got about 5 1/2 hours of sleep which is better than nothing. This morning was an easy run since I ran sort of hard the last two days. I did a lot of uphill and downhill running to start to prepare for the Pocatello Marathon that's only 8 weeks away. I ran up Olympus Rd. and up to Satterfield Rd, and then back down. Uphill running is starting to get easier so that's a good sign. Totals 10.5 miles at an overall 7:13 pace in 1:16. The end pace was a little faster than I wanted, but going downhill that's kind of hard to slow yourself down (6:50, 6:45,6:20,6:50, 7:07). Tomorrow I will do my long run on the Pocatello Marathon course. I know every turn of this course since I've ran it so many times. But they have talked about changing it this year, but not that much. I'm excited to exactly run it tomorrow. My wife is going to pick me up at the 18 or 20 miler mark depending on how far I want to run. (Mizuno precision 8 - 422.5 miles) Lunch, Evening This is something I've been doing at least two times a day for the past two months every day I just haven't been blogging it, because it's just core work. 300 sit-ups, 100 push-ups at lunch and evening. (it's varies each day)
