I woke up with a terrible headache and almost decided not to run. I opened up a can of diet soda to get some caffeine in me before heading out, and that seem to help a bit. I go almost 8 hours of sleep last night so that wasn't the problem. I'm still really tired from the race, maybe it was the three sets of push-ups and sit-ups I did yesterday. I probably did over 800 sit-ups and over 200 push-ups and that might be pushing it after the relay. My legs were still somewhat sore so I took it easy running 10.5 miles at an overall 7:24 pace in 1:17. I didn't do some good uphill and downhill climbs in this run heading up to I-15 do Clark St. by the ISU Campus. Most likely the only run today. I got to remember what I told myself that I would take it easy this week. But I still will probably do a long run this weekend. (Asics Trainer 13 - 120 miles)
