I was up a lot last night with our 4 year old son having nightmares. I wasn't very excited about getting up to run, and not only that the temperature was 32 degrees. I ran 7.23 miles at an overall 7:41 pace in 55.34 miles. My quads were a little sore still and my hip from the fall in the marathon was bothering me somewhat today. I still don't think I need to go have it checked.
I was listening on the radio going to work this morning and they were talking about Provo, Utah. What why you would want to visiit there. It mad me mad the statements they were making. They said the best fun or thing you can do in Provo, Utah is leave the city as soon as possible. Very unprofessional and just plain bad humor. (Asics Trainers 13 - 446 miles) Lunch: 300 sit-up and 100 push-ups.
Evening: I ran 4.35 miles at an overall 6:56 pace in 30:08 minutes. I ran a little bit faster than I wanted to but I had to hurry to take my daughter to her soccer practice. I did one mile in 6:32 pace which I'm not proud of because I wanted this to be my recovery week. When your stretch for time sometimes you have to make an exception. I'm always stretched for time after work running somewhere for the kids. (Asics Trainers 13 - 450.3 miles) |
