I got 6 1/2 hours sleep last night. I stayed later to caught up on laundry, because I didn't have any socks to run in.   I hate folding socks they take forever.  I always do my share of the laundry equal to my wife.  I live there so I need to do it to along with the other chores.

Anyway, I ran another easy run of  9.51 miles at an 7:16 pace in 1:09.  The whole route was flat, and I took it nice and easy.  I was tired not enough sleep last night.  The temperature when I started was 37 degrees.  I wore my arm warmers and gloves with my marathon shorts.

Tomorrow I'm going to run 15 miles with the Pocatello Running Club.  It will be my first time with them and ought to be fun.

Lunch:

400 Situps, 120 pushups, and 4 plank bridges.  I'm also using the new Chrome Google browser on the site to see the compatiblity.  Google still has some work to do with their beta browser.

I haven't signed up for ST. George yet unitl I know I can get a place to stay.

No sure what you mean Mr. Darkhorse. Hey it's good to here from you.

You asked me if I was doing TOU as a training run and my answer is no, I'm going all out for it. This marathon is not that rough on the body as Deseret News is and there are two weeks to recover. You have decided not to run it this year?

From wheakory on Sat, Sep 06, 2008 at 17:49:07

No I will not be doing it. I just ran the Pocatello Marathon last week. The Pocatello Marathon is by far harder than TOU. I want to save my legs for St. George to really see what I can do.
