Long-Term Running Goals:

Worship the Lord and praying early in the mornibgs and keep doing that. Staying humble and desperate for the Lord and praying for end-time revival for America.

My Long Term goal is to just run whatever I can.

Hebrews 4:16 So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.

I debated on running today with the dog, but I decided a rest day was good.  But I did do quite a bit of work around the house.  I cleaned the rain gutters, and some of the metal trim over our port was loose so I fixed that.  I loaded and unloaded wood in/out of my truck to use for our outdoor fireplace. 

 I still did my standard sit-ups and push-ups for the night which is something I do every night regardless if I run or not.

Here's the kicker. I managed to get home by 11:30 but then I was so wired from all the data annalysis that it took me until 1:00 to fall asleep. This morning I was so tired I forgot my lunch in the fridge... Oh well.

What is your "standard" push-up/sit-up routine. I'm trying to work in sets of 13 push-ups and 26 sit-ups 1-3 times per day. I started doing this for SLC but then stopped after about two weeks. I've bene doing it again for about two and want to build up to about 78 push-ups and 312 sit-ups but we'll see.

Basically, my routine is I do 120 sit-ups one set. Then I immediately do 40 to 50 push-ups. Then I do another set of sit-ups of 150. Then another set of push-ups of 40-50. I've done this for so long every night since high school. Except I used to do more back then. I rarely ever miss a day.
