Got 8 hours of sleep last night. My stomach is feeling a little better today, some rumbling and discomfort inside, but at this point I can't focus and worry about that. I ran 3.5 miles up and 3.5 miles down going up Satterfield Rd. Very easy run just focusing on good easy control. Totals 7.12 miles at an overall 7:28 pace in 53.15 minutes . I formed rolled last night to loosen up the legs, and I 'm also getting a deep massage tonight. I hope this doesn't make me sore for a couple of days, but it will get the blood loosened up in any of the tight muscle. This race is going to be fun!!!!!!!! (Saucony Grid Trigon 4 - 645 miles) These shoes are still going thanks to Jeff Shadley's advice to purchase them. Thanks Jeff they've been awesome shoes. I really like the Sacuony shoes and would like to get a racing flat lighter than my Sacucony Tangent 3 shoes Lunches - Evening 500 sit-ups and 200 push-ups Cancelled deep massage didn't want to do it two days before a marathon and end up feeling sore on Saturday.
