Didn't sleep that great last night, and woke up tired. Things are not going my way this week. I'm tired, left my Garmin at work, then when I got to work today I spilled a liquid hydration drink from Crystal Light all over my dress shirt and pants. Hopefully, the week gets better.

It was cold this morning at 23 degrees so I had to go back and wear tights. I ran an easy run of 8.6 miles at a 7 minute pace in 1 hour exactly. The overall pace seems faster than I wanted, but it really wasn't because of the downhill miles I ran this morning.

I had to use my wife's Garmin this morning since I left mine at work. I wore my Asics Ohana Racers today to break them in for the marathon. I had to order these off of www.easybay.com, I wish they would not have discontinued this shoe. I felt the knee a little bit this morning but nothing bad. I think it will be fine for the marathon.

Kory - Ick. That just sounds like an awful off-key day. I hope today is better for you! As for the spill, only thing I know is maybe use the Dickies stain resistant pants :-p. As for the Ohana Racers, I've never worn them, but I know that for awhile all I would wear were Asics 2110s (green and silver) and I had to order them off eastbay since the stores around here only carry a model for 10-11 months. I actually don't mind eastbay too much because they are usually decently priced. Just take it easy this week and I'd concentrate on just resting up for Saturday. Hopefully you get more sleep! Best of luck on Saturday, and I can't wait to see your race report.
