| 9.5 miles in 1:15 (Hwy. 300-Roland Cuttoff Loop). I attempted cruise intervals, and managed to run 2 miles at 6:55 and 6:56, respectively, with a quarter mile test...followed by a third hard effort at 7:25. No water and 108 heat index, but no excuses, my legs need to wake-up!
