12 Miles in 1:38:36 on a pretty freaking hot and humid morning in Little Rock; hilly route through Midtown, Hillcrest, Riverdale, and Camack that included tough climb up Overlook at Mile 8. Like yesterday, I chose to run without any fluids, and it worked out fine.

13 Total Miles including one-mile walk with my son at the park.

Stayed home with my son, Evan, who got ear tubes put in this morning.  We managed 3 Miles in around 52 minutes with our dog, Charley.  Pretty nice day for a long stroll around the neighborhood.

12 Miles in 1:32 on a hot afternoon in Little Rock. After an awesome morning of cardboard box sledding on the hills in front of the Clinton Library, followed by lunch in the River Market, I ran the 12 Miles home along the River Trail. From Clinton Library parking lot, I crossed Clinton Bridge into North Little Rock, then ran 7 Miles on North River Trail to big Dam Bridge, crossing back over into Little Rock, where, at Mile 8.25, I headed up Overlook and through the hills of Camack Village back home.

13 Total Miles including one-mile walk with family.
