| 32+ miles pacing my friend and OG trail runner, Stan, to a 5th place finish in the Arkansas Traveller 100. I'd say sub-21 hours is pretty salty for a 59 year old.
35 Total, including a couple more to encourage a friend leaving the aid station at which I was volunteering before pacing. She was equally awesome, finishing her first 100 miler.

| Ran 1.5 miles to Ouachita National Recreation Trail (OT) spur trail near my house, then west on the OT until my watch hit 90 mins (8.1), turning around and making my way back the same way. This rocky, technical trail is a treasure, and it was great to have the forest to myself this morning, but I continue to struggle with not insignificant tightness/pain throughout my midsection.

| 22.2 miles of "urban" running in 3.5 hours in NLR while Max was in referee training. It pretty well despite conditions (lots of concrete sidewalks and hard rain during second half of run), and I managed 7:23 and 6:57 for miles 10 and 11, but only 7:51 and 7:36 for miles 20 and 2…in a driving rain with stiff legs! The planned workout was 90 mins easy, 15 mins close to [trail] marathon pace, then repeat.
