So 70-minute-saturday ended up being more like 100-minute-saturday... Biked to Highland Glenn Park then ran 6 on the MCT. Running was somewhat rough because I still have a rough chest cold so pace was like 8:15-20 or something. It was also really windy so that was not so fun. After running I rode my bike back home (very slowly haha). Did abs at like 10:30 at night.
