PM: Sugarhouse / Highland Track 4 mi warmup 1 mi speed changes 400 cool down 800 x 5 with 400 recoveries inbetween - the goal was 3:20 or better 1) 3:13 2) 3:17 3) 3:15 4) 3:20 5) 3:22 1200 cool down I was pretty tired after the third repeat.
