AM: I purposefully made myself run this extra slow. I slept horribly and was feeling cranky. All in all I'm happy to have covered the miles without hating every step and I feel like I'm turning a corner in my training, both physically and pschologically. I'm starting to relax a little and not beat myself up mentally so much. 3:27:03 10 mi at Murray park, then north thru the city finishing at Sugarhouse Park. |
