Went to the base of Butterfield and did 5 up and 5 down. Started at the base at 5400' Elevation. Mile 5 was at 7030'! What a climb! The first few miles coming down were so steep i had to force myself to run slower but still hit 5:30's my 5 coming down were 5:47, 5:33, 5:30, 5:27,and 4:58. The last mile had some good drops but let me get in a rythm like American Fork Canyon Half was. Good Workout. Oh I suppose you want to see my uphill times? ok 8:01, 8, 8:25, 8:54, 9:50.

Steve, speaking of skin tight how are you doing? Lol I still tell my friends about the sleeping arrangements in Arizona when there was 3 guys and only 2 beds and I insisted on sharing with you. :)
