Ragnar Relay Wasatch Back 2008--2nd Place Team overall. 17 hours 54 minutes.

2007 Top of Utah 1/2 Marathon 1:14 4th overall

2007 Wasatch Back Relay 3rd team overall---Very Fun!

Boston, Rock & Roll Arizona, Carlsbad are my favorite marathons.

I have three girls-Sarah, Brooke, and Bailey and a baby boy born in Jan. 2010 named Boston. I own a Concrete Construction company called Quality Footings and Foundations. first running attempt since February 17th. Post operation on my rotator cuff. My shoulder is super sore and still have no rotation in my shoulder. Just getting miles in. Ran someday on dirt canal road with Bethany. 8 minute average.

Had a busy couple days. Got 4 in this morning before PT and then I'm driving up to Bear lake to pickup a boat and then To Draper to certify the Draper Daud 5k. All while staying awake.

Bethany and I ran from our hotel in Newport Beach  California to the Newport Temple.  Man the grounds are kept up awesome there. Yesterday we were at 8750'. Today we are at 48'. Huge difference!

tried to find my way around the Shelter Island. Kept running into dead ends and the military base. Ended up going up steep inclines that eventually ended without signs telling me. Humid assed run!

I took Boston, my 7 year old and my two step daughters , Rachael and Brie to the 5k. I still cannot race with my shoulder. I ran with Boston the whole way. It was fun. He out sprinted me at the end to nip my time by .07 seconds. Total photo finish! He is a hoot!

Got a late start. Pushed some hills from the start and my legs felt heavy.  Got to the top of elk ridge hills at 3 and had a nice drop of 2 miles. Then 3 flat. Average was 7;45. Getting back in the saddle is slow and go. Still don't have half of my shoulders rotation. Yet. Getting nervous for some of these races I signed up for.
