I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--7 Moderate miles w/ neighbor Greg. Was finally a little chilly again.
pm--5.25 The body felt like it needed a slow recovery run, so that's what I gave it. Loved the run tonight.
am--5.75 Sockless miles on the Barrel Roll w/ Tom.
am--6.25 Sunbrook loop w/ neighbor Greg.
pm--4 miles up and down Land Hill w/ Tom. It was slow going up, but he led on the way down. Our last mile was 7:32. Not bad for the trails.
pm--7 Ran easy around the barrio. I've been feeling really fatigued the last few days. Even woke up this morning to run, but the body just wasn't feeling it. I must need some nice recovery.
am--11 This is my 1.5 hour run for the week. I went up into Ivins and back down by the Canyons. Saw a few bikers in the SHAC Tri.
