I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--8 Truncated Parkway w/ 1-, 2-, 3-, 2-, 1-, and 1-min pickups. I got to chat w/ Brook and watch Sadie rock it.
pm--6.5 River Trail w/ a good crew. I feel really blah lately, not fully healthy, a bit creaky, who knows.
am--4.5 DI/Bank. Trudged through a few miles because I won't be able to run this evening. We have a meet.
pm—5.5 Green Springs. My fav route even though today was a grind. Solid work, regardless.
am—2.5 Bank and back. Felt okay. The morning was beautiful.
pm—5 Some running while the kids did their hill circuits. My leg was hurting, especially up and down the hills. I took it pretty easy and salt soaked when I got home.
pm—3 A short and slow run to try and maintain the achy leg.
