I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--8.25 Same run as last Monday w/ a power run and 5x hills. Good stuff from the group. RHR--52.
pm--2.5 Bank and back. Short run isn't enough to fully resurrect the legs.
am--1.75 Weights/BK. Beautiful morning. "About perfect weather," I said. RHR--52.
pm--6 Tour de Washington. One of those runs that never feels good, but it was a good time. The skeleton crew was jokey and goofy.
am--6.75 Ran around during the workout. It was fun to hop into the last bit of each repeat to feel the pace. Cold morning. RHR--52.
am--1.75 Weights/BK. Fun morning talking about iCarly, Dragon Tales, etc. RHR--52.
pm--5.5 Sullivan Park out-and-back w/ 6x barefoot striders. I'm quicker on striders, but my heel is feeling the speed. Roastful run.
am—4 Bank/Reverse Sandstone. Drizzly morning but good. RHR—53.
pm—7.5 Meandering neighborhood loop. A run like this is the perfect cap to a week. We had some good performances at the track meet, and I was able to chat w/ Mia Hart-Taylor. It’s been too long. RHR—53.
