pm--8.25 I ran up the parkway to the round-a-bout and stretched then ran back. I felt really good and was able to keep the pace around 8-minute miles on the way back. My fitness is definitely improving. Next week, I'm running the Painter's half. I have 3 goals for the race: 1) finish 2) finish in under 2 hours 3) finish in under 1: 50.

ha ha ha finally!! jk umm i really enjoyed the course. The majority is flat to a little uphill and then some gradual down hill in bloomington. Coach said it gets trickey because when your coming back from bloomington some people are just getting out there so you really have to watch where your going. And be careful on the bridges, they get iced over and you can slip. But other than that i really enjoyed it.

Thanx 4 the info. I'm just going to run and have fun. As far as dodging the people just getting out there, I won't have to worry about it because I'll be those people. BTW you're training like you want to win state or something. What gives?
