pm--4 New month. New mileage. Went w/ Tom from the Johnson's Arch trailhead up to Scout Cave and back. Twas a nice little trail run w/ a desert tortoise sighting.

Good luck this weekend! After your Swiss Days race, I would think you could run with the 3:15 crowd. Very nice performance, you are getting fast my friend.
