am--8.5 Long run w/ short bouts of near-pace work (10 min. of 5k pace + 20 sec. w/ 6 min. of recovery jog and 1 mile of 5k pace + 10 sec.). It was envigorating to run faster this morning. Our pack was all over the place, though. Nonetheless, it's always good to start the week w/ a chunk of mileage. RHR--50.
pm--2.25 Grass loops on the raked field. I really enjoy these runs. It was good to be back w/ all the girls today.
