am--4.5 Easy w/ neighbor Greg. The calves are pretty tight from Saturday. I gave them the stick a few times and applied some Wintercrest. This week will be pretty laid back until Saturday.

Scott, I'd love to roll in around 3:30ish. What about you?

My BQ is 3:35 but I am shooting more like 3:25-3:30. My plan was for 3:30 until this weekend. I started thinking about going with what the body feels like till after Veyo and then settle in and try for some fairly even splits around 8:00 pace through Dammeron. After that the plan is to go with the body again and hopefully be able to bring the pace in a little stronger on the last 10K........Mainly I am hoping for 3:30. If the BQ was not so important I would give 3:15 a try because I know Mike Wareen and others are running as a group and I feel I could hold with them for most of the race but I don't want to do too much on the top end.
