am--6.25 The beastly track workout--4 x 30 sec., 3 x 800, and 2 x 1,000. The 4 x 30 sec. felt ok. I was able to stretch the legs a bit. The 800s were blah--all around 3:10ish. The 1,000s were bad and decent--4:15 and 3:58. PH warm and cool. On the coaching tip, the girls ran well. They seem to all be improving. It's going to be a throw-down at region in 2 weeks.
pm--4.5 Green Springs at a suprisingly good pace, followed by 4 x stadium hills and 4 x 100. Good day in the end.
