am--5.25 Truncated usual morning run. It was very nice out. I'm not complaining when I say that it was almost chilly. The other interesting part of the run was a bright bit of smoke or exhaust in the air shaped like the diminishing zig-zags we all used to put under important words in our middle-school years. Not sure what it was. 

pm--4 Run to Sandberg's pond--that's for  you Baggs--and finished off w/ 4 x 200. I was flat as flat can be today on the 200s.
