am--8 Long Run on the Virgin River Rim Trail. The trail is an undulating single-track that runs through the trees. We had a good group of girls running together today. 

pm--2.5 Short run on the road out from camp. Nerd wars after. Something about a styrofoam sword brings out the intensity.
