am--7 Went to volunteer for Ironman. I ran there and ran back. I was also the "runner" so I walked up and down the bike path, helping the other volunteers w/ anything they needed. 7 hours on my feet and, except for about an hour spelling other volunteers while they used the facilities, I was always moving forward.
