am--13.75 Ran w/ neighbor Ben out to the Rim trails and back. It was a nice day, but my leg were feeling the miles from this week. Getting the same amount of miles in fewer runs definitely has its benefits--weight loss and aerobic cashing--but the legs feel it a bit more than a week w/ more doubles and shorter runs. 155 minutes. 5 minutes shy of 9 hours for the week. |
