Running Accomplishments:

Have been running since Fall 2008.  Running started out as an exercise for weight loss and quickly turned into an addiction.  Lost 50lbs in 2009.  Today I am at a ideal weight.

So far my personal best for a 5K race is 29:59. 

25K trail run 3 hr 46 min

Marathon 6:05:37.45


Short-Term Running Goals:

• Run a 25K trail run in 3 hr and 30 min or less 

• Improve my 5K race time, my goal is 20min

• Run a marathon under 5 hours.

• Increase my weekly mileage

• Run on the weekends


Long-Term Running Goals:

Ironman Triathlon

Personal:

I'm a production artist.

My hobbies are poetry, art, computers, running and biking.

Trail run.  Was hot outside.  Completed the first mile in about 15min, energy went down after that.

Ran two miles on a trail.  Weather was cooler today.  Got home and decided I wanted to run some more so I ran a mile around the neighborhood in 12min, that is fast for me. Flat pavement seemed effortless after running on hilly trail through the woods.

A tough trail run through a stat forest.  Hills were a struggle for me, walked up those. Had my first trailing running wipe going down a heal, just scraped up my hand a little.  Energy levels went down after mile three.  Haven't quite found my food for breakfast before a early run. Anything with protein causes severe stomach pain.  Just plain carbs, don't last.  Found out during a 5k race oatmeal is bad.
