AM- Apple Grove short.
PM- 4.2. We warmed up a mile then did 4 buddy 800s. The rotation was Jared, Reed and Riley and then their partners were Matt, Ali and I. It was a really solid workout for us. I hit a 5:10 for my first mile split then 5:06. After the 800s we did some speed build ups then cooled down a mile.
