Mile repeats. Probably one of my least favorite workouts. I was trying to stay with Leremy, which I did the first one, the second mile I wasn't as close and the third was pretty bad.

BYU invite tomorrow. It's going to be packed for my race. Coach said that there will be 350 guys in it.

BYU Autumn Classic. It was a pretty fun race. I liked it a lot more than last time. I don't know my time for the 3 mile though but the entire thing took 20:29.
