Turns out our field trip today was to my stake center becuase there is a half mile trail around it. We did a 1.1 mile warm up around the hood. 5 minutes hard 5 minutes easy all the way down to 1. Kept a pretty good pace. On the last minute of hard we went so fast because Riley, Jared, Ali and I all were trying to get in front of each other. 4.75 during the workout. 2.5 cool down back to the high school. Putting in a little more before work.
PM- 3.05. It was very hot but there were some clouds, a few raindrops and a breeze.
