Today was a great workout. We met at the high school then did a 1.3 mile warmup to Anderson Park. The workout was 16 buddy 400s. We had a loop just over 200 meters we would do twice. My buddy was Riley. We went pretty fast and finished first and lapped I think everyone at least once. My average was 5:15 so I was happy about that. The 16 400s brought me to 4.3 miles so I did a 1.4 mile cooldown to get to 7 miles. Abs after and then wall sits. Running Molly's tomorrow so that'll be a good time. Also shout out to Jared for coming up with lots of tatoo ideas for Ali!
PM- Same direction as usual for recovery. Was going to go 3 but was feeling strong so I went crazy and hit 3.01.
