Today I ran with Riley, Ali, Brian and Eric. The run was Molly's but we had to stop at Riley's first because he forgot his watch. Getting up to the trails we went pretty slow but then once we got to them we picked it up. We came back way quicker then we went up so we did the two mile loop then finished with two laps on the track. Our last mile was 5:46 so that was pretty fun. 8.1 miles and then strides. Stretched and did some good weights followed by wall sits and shin splints stuff. Hopefully Jared is enjoying his week at cooking camp. PM practice today at 5.
