There wasn't organinzed practice today because coach couldn't come so I ran by myself. It wasn't that great of a run. I ran to the pond did a lap around it and came back. My knees hurt kind of like they did last time I started to run again so they won't hurt in a little but for now it's annoying. Also I wrote a poem.
Gan is so salty and likes to roast
For some reason she roasts me the most
It often makes me feel bad
Then I become quite sad
But it's okay because in the end
I know she's a (mostly) good friend
