Speed workout today. A little over a mile warmup then 6x1000 with a 600 as active rest. Slower pace than I wanted today but I'm a little sore from yesterday. Little over a mile cooldown. Abs after and wall sits. I don't have work today so it will be easier to do a recovery run.
PM- 2.25 miles very easy out to the old church by the pond and back. I went very slow and it felt great. I think we might be running Molly's tomorrow so that will be fun. Also shout out to Jared for not coming on the recovery run with me.
