Really good speed workout today. Mile warm up. The workout was three mile repeats but we ran the mile with the first 400 at mile pace then 1000 at three mile pace then the last 200 faster than mile pace. We did an 800 inbetween for active rest. I thought I started too fast on the first mile and thought I would be tired on the second two but my splits were 5:20, 5:22 then 5:21. Stretched after and didn't have to do weights or abs. Our jerseys are supposed to come today so that's pretty exciting. Tomorrow we have our 90 minute run and it will be good to have Jared back from his poetry camp that he's been at this week. Might put in three miles later today might not.
