No run in the morning. I had to get some stuff finished up for a college application. After school we had a 50 minute run. It was very rainy and a little cold. The pack today was Jared, Riley, Matt and Ali. We went pretty fast and Matt complained after because he thought Riley and I were pushing the pace but it was a really good run. We made it to Timp and saw some of the Timp XC girls. Tanner's trail was very muddy today and my calves, shorts and back were just covered. Our last mile we went 5:32 so that was exciting. 6:14 for the average. 4 strides after then we finally benched again so that was nice.
