Molly's today. We went up a different way and the hill was a little more gradual to get up to the trail at Grove Creek. Just went 6 because my legs were feeling weird on the trails and I didn't want my IT bands to hurt later. Didn't bring a shirt again and I don't think I will the rest of the summer. Second practice at 5:00 today. I hope it's not too hot but I'm guessing it will be roasting.
PM- 4 miles. Very hot. I believe it was 98. There were 8 guys total- Me, Jared, Riley, Reed, Ali, Matt, Luke and Brady. Mile warm up and then buddy 400s. We did 8 today so not as many as when we did them in the morning. I was very happy with my times/average pace. Mile cool down and then ice bath which felt incredible. We did them in the training room in big trash cans because there aren't tubs in the new training room. I shared with Reed and it really brought us closer together.
