I couldn't remember when I ran my miles for the 24 hour relay so I'm just putting all of the splits in here. It was a very long 24 hour relay and I may have come home during it to shower. We tried to hit a team average of 7:00 but we knew it would be a struggle when in the first mile as a team 5 kids were walking. I was able to get some sleep during the night which was pretty good. I'm doing a recovery run later and ice bathing.

Went to the CBC and was the MVP for cheering. Played some frisbee after. 2 miles when I got home then an ice bath.
