Good run today. I felt a little tired from yesterday but it was okay. Started out as me, Jared and Ali and someone was really pushing the pace. Turns out it was Ali and when he went 5:50 we told him to slow down but he said he wanted to gap the people behind us by more. Reed and Brady caught up to us at about 3 or 3.5. We went out four miles on the canal headed south and came back the same way. We kept a 6:33 pace. Got back and did barefoot strides. Josh Gardner and Joe Benson as well as some other Timp guys were at our school getting a drink so I talked to them for a little. Weight, wall sits and shin splint stuff after.
PM- 1.1 mile warm up then 200 easy 200 hard 8 times. Ended up being around 2.2. Mile cooldown. Stretched than took an ice bath after. Shoutout to Connor, Spanky and Justin who visited my house while I was at Arctic Circle with Case, Jared and Clain. Sorry I missed you.
