Good run for the most part today. 9 miles at a 6:50 average. Coming back was a little slower than the way back. Brady and Justin ran with Riley, Reed, Jared and I. We went on Tanner's trail then all the way to Texaco then on State Street all the way to Macey's in Orem then turned left at the road to the canyon and went down it for a while. Going on State Street for as long as we did wasn't fun. Barefoot strides when we got back then weights. Two a days start today but I'm going to the RSL Inter Milan game so I'm going to miss the first one.
PM- Left the RSL Inter game a little early to run. Easy 2.5 wasn't feeling more because my legs were tired from the morning run and taking a tour of welfare square for young mens.
