Coach wasn't there today so we just ran wherever we wanted. We decided to run towards Dry Canyon. Jared, Ali and I ran up the Reaper and everyone else drove. We still went farther then them which was annoying that the other guys aren't pushing it. Strides once we got back and then abs, wall sits and shin splint excercises.
PM- Mile warm up then speed excercises with 400s mixed in. Coach said to count the excercises as mileage so I did. Mile cool down. We don't get that big of a turn out to the second practice but that makes sense since people aren't pushing it at the regular practice.
