AM- 3 miles. Nice and warm, well, not really warm but running tights weren't needed. 

PM- Couldn't make it to practice because I had a AB Calculus practice test. Just ate dinner and I don't know if I can run right now but planning on putting in 4 ish. 4.2 miles. I felt sick the whole run and I think it's because I had this weird zesty Italian fancy salad dressing. 8:00 pace. Hoping for a 2:14 at Herriman tomorrow in the 800 and around an 11:20 for the 3200.

Ya it sucks. Yes PG has BC but no way I was taking it. Tanner took it last year as a junior.
