AM- 3 miles. New locker room again. The showers are so nice in there.

PM- 6.6 miles. Ran in the foothills with some of the boys. I think all the boys actually did but some drove to Brayden's because he forgot shorts. I ran with Jared, Matt, Riley, Ali and Eric. We headed out 25 minutes towards dry canyon. It was tough but pretty fun. Ali said some funny stuff. Strides after then some pull ups and a minimal amount of push ups. Also saw the legend Tanner Nelson today so that was very exciting. He was looking very sharp in a white shirt and tie. Hopefully he reads this.
