AM- 2.8 miles without coach so a little faster than usual. Had some good bets going for Simko but he blew his chance to get $17. If any of you want an opportunity to earn quick money hit me, Jared, Ali and Matt up and we can make some deals. We had a girl on the morning run today, I think she said her name was Brian.
PM- I had to run early because of physical therapy and Matt M. had to go to the doctors so we ran four miles then did 200s right after school instead of waiting until 2:30. I went staight from school to physical therapy so I showered twice at school today which if you haven't done I highly recommend it. Physical therapy went well. Went to Pizza Pie Cafe to carbo load with Jared, Mia, Matt and Nicole. Excited for pre region tomorrow.
