AM- 2.7 miles. Played that game where you have a category and then name something from it with every letter in the alphabet.
PM- 6.13. Warm up, work out, cool down. Work out was 8 800s with a 3 minute rest. Coach said to go three mile pace but then said just don't go slower then three minute 800s. Did the last two on the track becuase there was a football game going on on the lower field. It was a lot faster on the track. Abs.
