7 miles with Riley and Simko. 6:57 average pace. Some strides after. Stretched and got ice for my hip which was hurting a little. Good luck to everyone racing at Arcadia this weekend.

4.1 miles by myself just barely. The weather was so nice. Went to Utah Run today and tried on some shoes. I'll probably get the Kinvara 6 but the Kinvara 7 was way nice. Also wanted to try on the Brooks Launch 3 but they didn't have any in my size.
