4.8 miles today. I ran with Jared, Nate and Tracer. It was a crazy run. We started off wanting to run the Dry Canyon trail. We were going up 200 South but then we cut down some side roads thinking there was an easier way to get to the trail. We ended up right by the canal so we followed it and then went up another hill to get to fire road. We barely ran on fire road. We cut down from fire road to the canal and just went back to the school like that. My knees started to hurt around 4.1 miles.
